“I've been working out with Santos for five and a half years now.
When I started with Santos I was 36 and I weighed 350lbs. I was having trouble reaching down to toe my shoes.
I had many struggles in my younger years including mental health and poverty. As part of my mental health struggles I had been given medication which caused serious weight gain and lethargy.
Santos helped me set reasonable goals and and explained why certain things, like mobility, needed work first before I could achieve some of my initial goals.
I've lost a lot of weight and I've gained a lot of muscle. I've never been stronger. My endurance is better and my mobility is now at least as good at 44 as it was when I was in high school.
I started out with a 54 inch waist and I'm currently a 42 inch waist. I was 350+ (my scale topped out at 345) and now im down to 280lb. Plus I've gained tons of muscle.
I can lift heavy weights and do barbell exercises I never would have dreamed I would be able to do.
I have more energy than I had a decade ago and much less pain.
I always feel safe and supported with Santos. He helps push me safely to my limits but never past them. I've made so much progress over the years, and with zero workout related injuries. I've learned from Santos that even as a larger person I can be a successful and improve my health and fitness levels.
Santos is not the only personal trainer I've had in my lifetime but he is by far the best. I would recommend Santos to anyone who is serious about getting fitter and healthier.”
